Shout out to Sacred Heart University Pioneers. The women’s basketball team made history by winning their first NCAA Tournament game at the Division I level on March 15, 2023. They defeated Southern University 57-47 in the First Four round of the tournament. This was also the first March Madness win for a Northeast Conference women’s team. Watch all the action on ESPN.
