It has a Nicaraguan filler with a Connecticut wrapper. The filler is what gives the cigar its aroma and overall strength. Nicaraguan filler tends to have a spice and sweet consistency. The general rule of cigar wrappers is that lighter cigars can be drier while darker wrappers are usually sweeter. The Connecticut wrapper is usually on the sweeter and more mellow side. Wrappers are just leaves grown in different conditions and different parts of the world.
It is a mild to medium body cigar that tastes the same as it burns down. The Robusto is smooth with great flavor of cream or even cocoa. The cigar is constructed well as is reasonably priced. The only drawback to the cigar is that when you are finished smoking it you wish it was longer.
