Fewer things go together like sports and nachos! Our recipe is simple to make, yet it’s absolutely DELICIOUS and doesn’t take a long time to make!
Sheet Pan Loaded Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken or beef
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and sliced lime for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken or beef evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Scatter the black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced red onion, and sliced jalapenos (if using) over the top of the chips and meat.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
- Serve the loaded nachos hot, with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and sliced lime on the side for dipping.
