Egg Roll in a Bowl 1920 2560 The Ultimate Lineup

Egg rolls are arguably the best Chinese food appetizer out there.  The are salty, crunchy, tangy pockets of meat and veggies.  The only problem with them when you order them out is the oily, friedness of them.  I often finish eating one and my fingers are coated with oil, and am rushing for the sink to wash it off.  For every once in a while when ordering Chinese takeout but sometimes you want those flavors more often.  That is why I started making egg roll in a bowl.  This combines the amazingness that is the inside of an egg roll without the fried outside.  I have started making my own fried wontons to go with them… but you can make those in the air fryer and with less oil than deep frying!  The best part of this recipe is you can make it in under 15 minutes, and use whatever protein you have on hand.
