The Raptors have been a FEISTY team recently, winning 8 of their last 10 games! They’re proving to be a tough out at home, getting their record back to 12-14 at Scotiabank Arena. Importantly, the Raptors have a HUGE rest advantage coming into this game. The Raptors last placed on the 2nd and have played just one game since the 31st! They should be WELL RESTED for this matchup. The same cannot be said for the Knicks. The Knicks are coming off a BRUTAL slugfest against the Rockets last night and are playing their 3rd game in 4 nights! OG Anunoby is dealing with a foot sprain. Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Josh Hart all logged 37 minutes or more last night as well. The Knicks will come into this game tired. Their defense also hasn’t been the same recently. The Knicks are surrendering about 115 points per game over their last 10 games. Given the rest edge and playing at home, I see no reason why the Raptors can’t score around 110 points or so tonight. The Raptors aren’t the best defensive team, but they have CLAMPED DOWN recently, surrendering just 105 points per game in their last 10 games. Scottie Barnes, former Knick Immanuel Quickley, and Gradey Dick SHOULD be able to keep this close and maybe even shock the Knicks and win outright!
