There’s no shortage of Props to bet on for the Super Bowl. In addition to all the standard quarterback, running back, and wide receiver props, there’s a plethora of novelty props you can bet on like the Gatorade color that’s poured on the head coach, the coin toss, and more!
With so many props to bet on, it can be tough to decipher which ones you should actually bet on! Fortunately for you, that’s what we’re for! Below you’ll find two Props for the Super Bowl that we really like:
Brandon Aiyuk Under 4.5 Receptions -142, FanDuel Sportsbook
Asking Brock Purdy to consistently hit a secondary wide receiver in this type of game is a lot to ask for. Despite having to make a comeback in both of their playoff games so far, Aiyuk had only 3 catches in each game. The 49ers have a ton of weapons for QB Brock Purdy to throw to and they will run through Christian McCaffrey even more than they have all year with the Super Bowl on the line. The Chiefs also have a strong pass rush who should be able to generate pressure, which will cause Purdy to need to make quick decisions. While Aiyuk has 5 or more catches in 9 games this year, he has 5 games with 3 catches or less, which shows he’s not always heavily utilized. The 49ers will likely utilize CMC, Deebo Samuel, and George Kittle every chance they get.
Patrick Mahomes Over 25.5 Rushing Yards -115, FanDuel Sportsbook
Mahomes has never shied away from using his legs to extend plays and to make things happen. In 3 playoff games, he has 14 rushing attempts. He has 12 in the last 2 games, and during the regular season, he had 7 games with 6 rushing attempts or more. In this game, he may need to run more than he does normally. His All-Pro guard Joe Thuney is out for the game, and the 49ers have one of the best pass rushes in the league. Led by Nick Bosa, the 49ers were tied for the 7th most sacks in the regular season. The 49ers aren’t going to let Mahomes sit back and attack their weak secondary, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see them blitz early and often. Mahomes has underrated speed and will need to use his legs for the Chiefs to win this game.
