Ingram is one of the focal points for the Pelicans. He’s one of the best scorers on the team, can dish it to teammates, and will get his fair share of rebounds. This game against the Nets can easily turn into a shootout, which will give Ingram more opportunities to make plays. His usage has gone up in the last 4 games, as he hasn’t played less than 36 minutes in any of them. He’s also shot the ball efficiently in his last 10 games, shooting over 52% from the floor and 47% from beyond the arc during that stretch. The Nets aren’t a great offensive team, and the pace of this game can certainly help Ingram be more involved all around. He’s also been on a nice scoring pace in recent games, scoring 24 or more points in 4 of his last 6 games. The Pelicans have also only played one game since the 28th of December, so Ingram should be well rested and ready to go for a Pelicans squad that is currently 6th in the West.
