Xam’s Daily Gem:
Bulls/76ers Over 226.5 Points -110
The 76ers have one of the best offenses in the league. They’re averaging about 123 points per game this year. They’re even more dominant at home. Overall, the 76ers have scored at least 114 points in every game they’ve played since November 15th! Joel Embiid is playing like a MVP, and Tyrese Maxey has turned into a very capable player in his own right. The Bulls have been more inconsistent this year, and their offense can be hit or miss. They’ve been better recently, however, scoring 116 or more points in 4 of their last 5 games. We know the 76ers are going to do what they want offensively. The key here is what the Bulls can do offensively, and how competitive they can keep this game. The 76ers have been bulldozing teams, as evidenced by their 53 point beatdown on the road against the Hornets a couple of nights ago. If guys like DeMar DeRozan, Coby White, and Nikola Vucevic can hit some shots early and keep it close, it should keep Philadelphia motivated throughout the night. The 76ers are leading the league in point differential, which shows their ability to not only win but win convincingly. The Bulls keeping it close and keeping Philly motivated to play hard throughout is key. Philadelphia can’t afford to take their foot off the gas. They’re currently the 3 seed in the Eastern Conference but only 2 games back of the top seeded Celtics.
