PLAY OF THE DAY!
Tyler Huntley will make his debut for the Dolphins tonight, who are DESPERATELY in search of quality QB play since Tua Tagovailoa went down with a concussion in Week 2. Despite the offensive ineptitude the last couple weeks, the Dolphins have PLENTY of offensive talent. Tyreek Hill and form perhaps the best wide receiver combo in the NFL, and De’Von Achane is an explosive running back who can catch the ball as well as pound the rock. Head coach Mike McDaniel is an ELITE offensive mind who SHOULD be able to scheme ways for Huntley to get into the flow of the game. Look for the Dolphins to try short passes for Huntley to gain some confidence. However, this game will likely come down to how Miami plays defensively. Titans quarterback Will Levis has struggled MIGHTILY this season, and turnovers have been the main culprit. The Dolphins have some players on defense who know how to play, and with Tennessee facing a must win to save any semblance of their season, expect to see a heavy running game gameplan with Tony Pollard leading the way. Quite simply, this game is only close because of the quarterback situation. The Dolphins are at home and quite simply have the better players. If Huntley can keep the Dolphins in manageable down and distance situations and avoid turning the ball over, the Dolphins SHOULD get a win they DESPERATELY need to hang onto their season.
